Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through the Marbella Awakening website and pertain to participation in events organized under the Marbella Awakening brand (including ELYSIUM).
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Purchase and Delivery
Tickets are sold via WooCommerce and processed through Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Upon successful payment, your ticket will be delivered to the email address you provided during checkout.
If you do not receive your ticket within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder and if it isn't there contact us at info@marbellaawakening.com.
2. Refund and Transfer Policy
- Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event without any processing fee.
- Tickets are transferable — if you are unable to attend, you may give or sell your ticket to someone else.
- In the event of cancellation or postponement, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new event date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you are able to request a full refund.
3. Participation and Liability
All activities during the event are voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
By attending, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the activities offered, and you release the organizers from any liability for injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of the event.
4. Photography and Video Consent
Photos and videos will be taken during the event to capture the energy and spirit of the experience. By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and grant permission for this content to be used for future promotional purposes related to Marbella Awakening and ELYSIUM.
If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please notify a member of the event team upon arrival, and we will do our best to respect your wishes.
